Shipping:
I ship in the continental US via USPS.
Shipping times are dependent on the USPS timeline. If I am shipping a custom piece you will be notified when the work is finished. The time for custom crochetwork depends on the work itself, within or before 4-6 weeks . If there is a change or difference I will notify you personally.
Shipping prices are the standard USPS prices.
Return policy:
Of course I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is problem with the item sent, I will fix it right away and refund your shipping cost to return it. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Doily exchanges can be made if the size or color are wrong, we can work together to fix any problem. Some fees may be added at that time.
PDF Pattern return policy: No returns for PDF sales. All patterns are tested by experienced crochetiers. Please reach out to me if you're having a problem.
